When you come to me for any kind of treatment, it is always with complete confidentiality. That said, what can you expect? You could be lying on a treatment table, sitting or standing, as necessary.
You may have to remove your shoes (if you need Quantum Touch on your feet), but otherwise you will remain fully clothed. In addition, you may want a blanket. Energy work sometimes makes people feel cold. Others get hot. It's all normal.
Session times are at least an hour, depending on what needs to be done. Initial assessment and treatment could take 90 minutes or more. One hour seems to be the minimum for most people although mini sessions of 20 to 30 minutes are possible for EFT and the Emotion Code.
